His deep knowledge of the property lifecycle — from acquisition to final finish — laid the foundation for what Aura House stands for today.

In 2020, Phoebe Coughlan joined Rob on-site, learning every step of the development process firsthand. From planning and structural work to client management and project delivery, Phoebe immersed herself fully in the world of property — and discovered a strong creative pull towards interior design. This passion led to the creation of Aura House Interiors, a design-led extension of the business that showcases Phoebe’s signature style and attention to detail.

Having personally overseen and contributed to the development and design of six full-scale projects in recent years, Phoebe brings a unique combination of on-the-ground property experience and a refined design sensibility. Aura House now merges both worlds — property and interiors — to deliver spaces that are not only structurally sound, but beautifully considered and styled to stand out.
